The top screw on my b-pillar goes right into the seat belt bolt...... So I can not attach that part of the b pillar to the body.... anyone else have this problem?

Never experienced that before, perhaps the screw is too long?
Or the standoff on your Bpillar snapped off causing the B pillar to sit too sung against the body.
