Alright, I finally got back behind the wheel of a Regal and I want to do this one the right way. I don't want to half *ss anything on it. I purchased a 1984 Regal Limited from some farmer about an hour from Ft Wood for only $550. The odometer read 20205 and actually has a good body, the paint is faded and the bumper fillers are shot. The landua top is in good shape and the grille and headlight bezels. All glass is excellant and it runs pretty good.

I already have a different crossmember for it. And the engine is the last thing I want to do. I want the car to be completely ready for a new engine before I do it.

Is the a good source for fiberglass body peices for g-bodies (decklid, stock style hood, fenders, bumpers and bumper fillers etc...)???
How easy is it to fabricate a four link suspension into a g-body???
I would also like a non-AC heater box?!?

Any suggestions and/or help is appreciated.

What's the best source for rearends and suspension?

I really would like to go with a 9" rear and some type of 4-link set-up. But I'm not sure who to go through.

the g-bodies already have a 4-link suspension. a few companies like Hotchkis make upgraded parts.

Stating your intended objectives with the vehicle would greatly assist us in giving you the resources you are longing to find...

I have heard from a couple people that some models came with aluminum hoods on them, is that true? If so, what years?
