A lot of odd stuff there. A pre-production 1991 Olds Cutlass Ciera? a Pre-production 1985 Calais? Why, oh why were they not crushed long ago? Then again, I would like to go to the auction to see how cheap I could get one of the low end cars like those. Maybe even the Concept Geo Metro! I would love to use it to deliver pizza with, just so I could say I was using a factory concept car built for GM to use at shows to destroy delivering pizza. Sadly, none of these cars come with titles.
 
what's stopping peoplle from buying one and switching VIN's?... i HIGHLY doubt any police or mto would know the difference when you looking at a 1985 calis..

Most of them are out of GMs collection and are selling to raise some funds(not much)They sold alot at the auction in January to😵ne was a Cutlass mule for the 442 package.
