Just looking for some pictures of a Cutlass with a nice set of drag wheels. I've had probably a dozen set of Draglites, so I'd rather not buy those. Would like to put a nice set on the car, just not sure what looks right on 'em. Bogarts, Alumastars, fikse, something along those lines. Thanks.

Doesn't seem to matter much if you come out like...

Thanks! Got any more pictures of the red car on the trailer? Just trying to see what looks good on em and what doesn't work. That car looks pretty good. Like the hood and all. Maybe I'll just stick with the tried-n-true draglites after all. lol. And I doubt mine will leave as hard as that white one! Shooting for mid 10's N/A, but gonna try to keep it pretty streetable. I had a '00 Z28 that went 10.94 with a cam-only iron block 6ltr, 4400 converter and 4.30's. Probably gonna stay around 3.73's and a 4k converter to make it alittle more streetfriendly.

That's the only shot I have of that car. It was for sale on racingjunk.com when I was looking for cuttys in the 10-15k range. Clean looking car.

Anyway, I thought I'd include a couple of pics. One is the ProstarXP and the cluster photo is the Billet Specialties StreetLite. Both are newer, updated takes on the older drag designs we all like.

Both good looking wheels. Wanted a set of the Billet Specialties on the Z28 before I sold it. Aren't the XP's heavier than normal? Also like the look of the 5 star Greg Weld fronts. Have the thinner 5-spoke look kinda like the xp's. Would like to see a pic of the billet specialties on a cutlass or atleast a g-body. That's a good looking wheel IMO.

HA! I hear ya brother. I'd like to see the BS StreetLites on a G-body, too. They're really growing on me the more I see them. I think the XPs would weigh more than a normal drag only wheel but probably no more than most street wheels. Face it, street wheels are always beefier for good reason...or the bigs/littles street crowd would all be running Bogarts!

BTW, is your Cutlass Dove Gray or Silver?

ive tried every way to post my pics. i give up. i have my 87 cutty up in my gallery today. big and little pics. i have 295/65/15 m/t drag radials on it. it fits but i had to cut the front wheel well 1.5 iches and bend the chrome trim foward and re mount to do it. its a drag/ street car. 455 edelbrock heads and 411 9 inch rear. how do i post a big pic from the gallery on a tread here?

It's pretty easy actually. I use  http://www.imageshack.us/  for all of my pic resizing. You can also download videos there also. It's pretty simple just go to the site, sign up for a free account, then download whatever pics you want to post. Make sure to resize them 640x480 or smaller if you want to post to forums. Once you get your pics downloaded click on "my picks", and sometimes you have to "refresh" to get them to come up right away. Make sure and use the "classic view" to see you pics as it's easier to copy the links. Scroll down to your pic of choice. Pic will be on the left and all the different links will be on the right. "Embedable" and "thumbnail" codes are available. If you want your pic to show on the screen then use the embedable code that says "forum" to the right of it. Left click over the code until it is highlighted, then right click , then left click on "copy". Go back to the forum thread where you want the pic and reply. In the text box wherever you want the pic just right click, then left click on "paste", then make sure to hit enter. Presto , your pic should post if you followed the instructions.     Also, if you are a craigslist user, this is a really good way to get around their image system and be able to post as many pics as you want in your ad. You follow the same instructions except, when using the links, use the "embedable" codes that say "sites" to the right of them instead of the ones that say "Forum". Mkae sure to paste the links into the text box, not into the images section.    Good luck, I hope this helps!
