Billet arm rest are allmost done

here some progress pics on my armrests ive been making

i made to to bolt in to the factory door panel.

with do yall think?

It's an interesting idea and the part itself looks good, but my first thoughts were wouldn't you burn your arm on it on a hot summer day when you jump in your car and actually use it for it's intended purpose.
 
they can get hot but unless there sitting in direct sunlight its not too bad. i was just at a show in Bakersfield where it was some where in the 105 range all day and they were okay to rest my arm on them for the 2 hr drive back. after i was driving for about 10 min with the windows down to cool it all off my billet steering wheel is a whole another story though. that never cooled down i had to use a towel the whole drive.

armrests look wicked nice man and i have all aluminum door panels and they mever get hot
 
I'd love a set of those for my baby. If the price is right I'd take two sets one for a future project :mrgreen:
