Black out plate

Has anybody ever seen a plate of some sort that will fill the whole left by rear defroster switch? Got a line on some SS parts but can't use the defroster. Anybody had any creative ideas for the hole?

Switch plate? Or maybe just take a piece of aluminum plate and fit it over the hole.

You can get some two part epoxy for plastic and fill the hole on the switch plate then sand it smooth and paint it then that way if you ever need to you can pop out the plate and put it back to normal.
