Question: Are the body mounts for a 95 impala n f-body the same ?

No. A 95 F body would not have body mounts at all since it is based on a fully welded monocoque structure. Now, maybe a 1967-1981 F body would use some of the same mounts for it's bolt on front sub frame, but a 1982-2002 would not have any mounts whatsoever.
