Body Off

Hi all ,well im finally ready to take the body off my 86 GP , small problem tho , not sure how to lift the body or where to support it when i do get it off , as i have very little room to maneuver (single car garage 7' 6" roof) so getting a hoist is out of the question , would apprieciate any ideas.

I have a book on musclecar restorations, and it shows a way to do it using some beams and 4 oil drums, along with a few friends to do the lifting.
