My car is in pieces and was missing a lot of stuuf before I got it. Anyways, I am replacing all the fuel line, transmission lines, and brake lines from the prop valve back(rear axle too). I never had transmission lines at all or a radiator. I want to run a seperate transmission cooler though. I would like to know the sizes of the line I need and length. I'm just going to go with the coated straight lines and use a union on them. That was my plan. I mainly need the size of the threaded fittings for these and line size and flare type. Especially for the transmission. The parts stores can't tell me, or thats what they say anyway. Also what powersteering pressure line do I use? Would a monte carlo powersteering pressure line work? the two I have are junk. It's a "79 chevy 350 from a truck. It seems the truck has the wrong bends and it doesn't look too hot anyway. The one that was on the car is junk as well. This car was originally a 3.8 but had a swapped 350/th350 chevy but the last guy took lots of crap out of the engine bay along with engine/transmission. Does anyone have pics on where to run the fuel lines for a sbc. I know where to run the brake line. I would appreciate any help.

i'm gonna take the end I cut off the line to the parts store. The line junk anyways. I'm gonna use the coated sticks and just use a union. Does anyone know the transmission line size? the car didn't come with them! Also, is the other line on the driver's side a return line or is it for the vapor canister? where can I buy new brackets (i forgot their name) for the lines? the ones that secure them to the frame
