Bumper filler / licence plate panel

What are the best replacement or restoration options for the rear and front bumper fillers on a 1984 4-door Cutlass? Plenty of options for Buick GN or Monte Carlo SS, as expected, but will they fit -- what about other cars and their variations on the body shape?

The plastic is cracked and/or warped and/or badly peeling...
