Can someone give me a measurement

Looking for exact placement of the center console mounting plate. From from the end of the tunnel brace to the end of the mount in the picture attached

Took the attached measurements from my 84 Cutlass parts car when I removed the console brackets. Hope this helps.

Are you basing the 6 3/16 number of the hole in the cross brace to the holes that the console bolts to?

That’s how I’m reading that
 
I should have marked this better than I did but that is correct, the measurement is to the screw holes that the console mounts to (top holes in the attached picture). I pulled out my console and shifter to verify this. The measurements to the other brackets are to the holes that the shifter mounts to.

The screwed holes go to the front of the car not flipped around? I’d have to look at the inside of the console again
 
That's the way I have it marked. That puts the bracket at the very back of the console (where it is spot welded to the floor is just behind the end of the console). I have a picture somewhere of the brackets before I removed them that I'll try to dig out tonight.
