84 regal with 2004r and 305 with 3.73 posi, so whats happening is a shudder that happens around 2nd gear but cant quite tell if its just 2nd..doesnt seem to do it in 1st and goes away once past 30mph roughly. took out the driveshaft and one u joint a bit worn so replaced both and balanced and still shudders..noticed alot of play on the transmision output shaft 3/8"-1/2" wiggle and thinking its not normal? any ideas
i sold this car to my buddy and he is having a few issues so im trying to help..i have a nice th350 he can have if needed but would like to keep the 2004r in it to match the gearing.
