Celebrity lights for El Camino

I was told that celebrity lights have a habit of falling out once installed . Anybody have a way to make these lights work?

Do you know what modifications do I need to make in order to make them work for my 1982 el camino?

I have never done this myself, however a few members here and on another site have done this.....I know you have to cut away from the core support, I'm not about hacking up my ride...I'm sure another member will chime in that has done this...I'm thinking they were from Cali' if my member serves me right 8)
