I just want to let everyone know not to do business with Chris Conte - CBC Engines, Chicago,IL. He claims to have 20 years of engine building experience. I bought a newly built 434 SBC from him. I brought it in to have it dyno'd and it blew up on the dyno before it ever hit 4800 rpms. He wont stand behind it even though 6 of the 8 rods hit the block because it was not clearenced enough. Obviously a builder error. He goes by vakivalta on ebay.
