Clam shell question

how can you tell the car and truck ones apart cause i heard they are different as always pics would help

The engine side mounts are taller on the truck ones.

They are noticeably taller, you should be able to tell the difference just by looking at them. If you are still unsure I would post a few detailed pictures if you already have your hands on some.

Will the truck clamshells even bolt on to our frame mounts?

Reason I ask is because my longblock came from a van and the frame mounts wore out very quick. If I need car clamshells this might be part of the problem.

Well reason i ask is im clean n out the garage and throw n stuff away i not gonna use and came across clam shells but i member have n a few truck ones i pulled from truck blocks i dont really use the truck ones so i was gonna throw them away not sure wich ones are wich but when i get home i will check the height
