complete wiring

I used the Painless Universal wiring harness kit -- removed all the wires that I wasn't using. I really liked their setup, but it's a bit pricey... Good quality -- I guess you pay for what you get.

American Autowire is another source. They keep introducing new kits all the time. Not much cheaper than Painless, but another option. I had good luck with a 72 Chevy truck kit of theirs. Rewiring a is a LOT of work, and best done when you have pulled a lot of stuff out of the way first.
