i swapped the 307 out of my 85 cutlass for a 79 350 and of course i have a bunch of extra smog wires and a bunch of others i have no idea about cuz they havent been hooked up since i bought the car, i know which ones are the a/c wires and which ones are the alt/dist/temp and pressure, but there is alot on the passenger side i have no clue. Also my high speed fan for the heater quit working with the swap, i think it maybe the relay but not sure, all the wires to the relays are plugged in and the little resistor coil is plugged in. it also was minus the vacuum valve for the reservior ball on the fender, i have a new one but dont know what way to run the vacuum lines from it and it isnt marked at all, does anyone know where they run to or have a schematic of the electrical and vacuum for mid 80's cutlass?

That huge harness that comes up from under the pass side fender can be wrapped up and shoved down into that space or just deleted. It's all computer and not needed now. As for the vacuum ball one hose is purple and that goes to the firewall and the other is black and goes to your vacuum source (motor). Try pulling the clip off the blower resistor and see if it's got rusty connectors as that happens a lot. Might need to be dressed with a nail file to clean up the contacts. The high speed blower should be an orange wire.
