I don't see it, is it on the inside of the riser?

I see it on an angle going up but doesn't appear to go all the way to the riser, are you using the heat riser for a choke?
Is it cracked on the backside?

If u save the pic and zoom in it turns and goes all the way through.

Dremel a groove in the crack and tig weld it then the fun starts filing down the welds

its that or toss it in the scrap pile.

If you cant weld it yourself and have to have a shop do it.

if its a chevy small block It might be cheaper to pick up a new/used one

Not cracked all the way threw and I will not use the heat port

You can stop the crack spreading by drilling a small hole at the end of the crack, at least to the depth the crack is. If you arent going to use the heat port then i wouldnt be too concerned with it after that

There is a process that brazes aluminum fairly easily with a propane or MAP torch. It uses the same filler rods that are for TIG welding. Do an interweb search or aluminum brazing and you will find a wealth of info. This is an example.

Double check

Looks like crack goes straight through to me
