The electronic box is located above the gas pedal. It is a black box, about 4x6x1" thick, and is mounted on a metal holder. There is a tab on the holder that will release the box, but I can't remember how to actuate it. When you see it, you can figure it out.

Hey:
That's a great El Camino! That's lot more than mine. I've just returned mine to a little better than oem. I see your running a 3.73 rear end, did you have any driveshaft problems? When I put these gears in mine I had some severe vibrations. I finally solved that with a Denny's 4" aluminum drive shaft. Presently running a crate 350 and a 200r4 transmission. Got Z28 15" wheels and 235r60-15. These tires are now a problem as most tire companies have quit making that size. I would like to put 16" Iroc wheels on it, but I don't know about after market quality? I've thought about some 96 Impala SS 17" wheels but they're 5 on 5. If there's spindles that would take the B Body rotors I might switch to them, especially if I could go to the larger rotors.
The cruise control module was easy to find after I got your reply, thanks. I'll troubleshoot it when I get a chance.
Thanks
Frank
