Has anyone caught any episodes of Cuban Chrome? I must say, these guys are resourceful. Using crude tools and parts, it's a wonder how these old clunkers are still on the road. I give them a lot of credit for their tenacity.
I'm sure once the embargo is lifted, they'll have more access to parts and tools from the US.
I have noticed, however, not all the cars that I've seen were "clunkers". I suppose the ones that have relatives, or ties to the states are able to have parts sent to them....or possibly from Canada or Mexico.
The Cuban car scene kind of intrigues me.
