Cutlass antenna

Anyone have the complete antenna for an 81-87 cutlass? One that's inside the actual passenger side fender.. called auto zone and oreilly and they some aftermarket one, I am not sure how that plugs in since i have the origknal stock plugs from the car..

Anyone?

The aftermarket antennas have the same Motorola plug as the original but the ones that I've seen are lacking in quality. I would try to find an OEM piece if possible.

go to junkyard and grab one or go ebay and get an original the aftermarket one i bought went bad within 2 months from rain water seeping down through the mast fixture and into the cheaply made and poorly sealed main body

Theres two Cutlasses at the one yard I go to but both have factory power antennas that have been bent and broken.

I have an NOS one and a I also rebuild them with a steel cable instead of the crappy nylon one that breaks even if it's NOS.
