Apparently, Revell has been considering making a G body Cutlass model for some time. I seem to remember someone on this site allowing Revell to use their car for scaling (88Hurstolds maybe?). Anyway, you can show your support by casting your vote on their site. Check out the link below.

We need a GP as well.its time for them to make models of all the g bodies.id have atleast 2 of each.maybe 20 of the gp kits

They had a Grand Prix kit a while back, well, sort of, with the Richard Petty Nascar kit. Although it had flared fenders, no real interior, and other race car stuff on it... I have one half finished in a box somewhere :/

This Cutlass kit proposal has been floating around for a couple of years already, they need to just make the damn thing already  I'd buy a few just for kicks.

Unfortunately model-building is a dying hobby.

That would be killer if they finally completed and produced a Cutty kit! I am actually building a Cutlass model as we speak. I am a part of a lowrider community forum and was able to track down a gentleman that casts his own bodies. I was able to get a Cutty with a euro clip for a pretty good price! The challenge is you need to get another kit like the 1986 Monte Carlo and make it a donor. I enjoy "customizing" so all the extra work is fun, but a quick build would be sweet too! Here are a couple pics of my progress:
To date I have cleaned up the casting flash, cut out the windows, cut open the hood and trunk, gutted a 1986 Monte Carlo for its engine bay and got the undercarrage squared away to all fit. These pics are it in mock up, before I glue the engine bay and fill the gap between the engine bay and front windshield. As you can see, I have a lot of work ahead, and with work and the holidays and my real Cutty, been a slow build.
