im restoring my 83 cutlass and i want to black everything out. what are the steps i need to take to get all of the chrome on the exterior of the car to black. the front and rear bumpers i would like to paint a dull or semi gloss black, and the same thing for all the trim around the windows and doors. also, what is the best way to get all of the trim off, are there clips underneath?
