Was told to order this part...went to put it on and realized there different. Can it work or do I need to bring it back. It' a fuel pump on 403 olds

Should be a part number on the old pump. Or try and look for one that's right I guess. It's not installed, no gas through it, so you should be able to return it to wherever you got it from. Looks like there's an in, carburetor out, and a return? Make sure you get one with all the nipples needed. Run the MF0006 pump's number (three line pump) through your local parts store's website, see if they carry it.

Any other of the three line pumps would do as well.
