Question #1 (yes, I feel stupid! 😳 ): how do I remove these?

Quastion #2: what can I replace this with? Do they make a Malibu plaque like that?

to remove them, I usually bend up a side enough to grab it with a pair of needle nose and then turn and pull. Or use a pick to pry up a few of the tabs to release it's grip. You can reuse it if you flatten it back out and use a pair of pliers or a socket to put it back on.

you could also use a small curved picking tool and pry the tabs back and pull them out. then flatten the the washer and should be able to reuse.

The answer to # 2 is yes - Mine says 'Malibu Classic' and I've got another one that says 'Malibu CL', There may be other's, too.
