"Dealing" with spammers...

Anyone have an idea as to how to "deal" with the spammers? Sorry, but I can't be the only one who is tired of reading about MMORPG crap (i.e. WOW gold) in various threads that get resurrected by Chinese or other spammers. I'm not saying I will actually do any of these things, but sometimes it's fun to discuss evil things to do to those who annoy us! PS. some of them leave email addresses and web site URLs... anyone up for a D.O.S. attack? (Ooops... I shouldn't have said that!)

As much fun as it would be :evil: I have to vote no. If you happen to piss off the wrong person it could backfire and then they'd be DoS-ing me and the server in return! :shock: no fun.

Learned a long time ago that there's absolutely nothing you can do about spam except try to prevent it and clean up after it...

but yeah I'd like a few minutes in a room alone with one of these idiots

I always take there email and sign them up to every site i know so there account will be full of spam over night.I have done a dos attack it don't really do much once the server crashes it gets rebooted.
