I was looking around for a future build and noticed that summit racing sells headers for cutlasses with engine sizes 260-403. However, if I were to narrow down the search for a 350, it only comes up with one header as opposed to the 10-20 that a basic cutlass search comes up. I think their system is flawed otherwise why would it say a header fits all sizes from 260-403????? Any help here would be great. Would a full stock exhaust bolt up to a olds 350 dropped in? Thanks.

The 260-403 are all small block Olds, same port layout. There are no headers to will bolt to a G body stock exhaust. Good thing because the whole thing sucks from the manifolds back.

Im running Hedman's with a summit 2.5 inch setup on my 442 took a little fab work but not bad. Its still better than the stock manifolds, y pipe, and back out into two.

You asked a couple things. Yes, you can pull out a 307 and put in an Olds 350 and the 307 exhaust will bolt up to the 350. As mentioned before though, this isn't such a great exhaust system. If you were to put headers on the 307 now, if you were to put an Olds 350 in later (or a 403, or a 260) this will also bolt right up. Headers will require some modifications, including to the trans crossmember, as the drivers side header will run right into the stock crossmember. (the stock crossmember can easily be modified, or you could bolt in an aftermarket crossmember) You would also either need to come up with a Y pipe to connect to the factory exhaust (not the ideal solution) or convert to true duals.
