my 350 turbo overdrive automatic keeps leaking trans fluid at the kickdown cable , the cable isnt being used and im tired of the leask and spending money trying to fix it,
does any one know if they make a plug just to plug the whole up or what??

No, I have the same problem it leaks a little. I'm degreasing the little connector once every day for a few days (not driving the car right now) and once its completely oil free I'll be sealing it up with JB weld.

...basically the plug would be the cable, but sometimes the cable doesn't seal well (mine is stripped). The stock cables used a different seal besides standard o-ring. Go to a dealer and pick one up from them it should help the leak

i didnt relise that they made a th350 with overdrive... :wtf:

i guess its a 3 speed , i just called it on od cause im in drive on the shifter when im in gear ,sorry
