driver side blinker

well my driver side blinker doesnt light up with the parking lights on but when you use the blinker it works?? anyone know why

Are you talking about the light in the fender?

If so, I would suspect it is wired to the wrong wire from the bumper turn signal. Has the car ever been in a wreck or the wiring messed with?

Compare the way the other side is wired up in the loom. You should see a difference in which wire is powering the fender light. You are likely connected to the turn signal wire instead of the marker light wire.

no never been wrecked, but it's the front bumper light but how do i fix the wiring cause the wires are connected to the socket for the light so how can it be wrong

Have you changed the bulb????

It is a two filament bulb. One for the turn and one for the park.

Very possible that the filament is out for the park light portion of the bulb.

If it is the bumper light then I would think the same as jatguit- start with the bulb.
