Driver's Side Cowl Drain Opening.

I don't recall seeing any mention of the drain located just behind the wiper motor. Even though my car was extremely clean, this drain was plugged by leaves and silt. Screwdriver is pointed into opening.

It's just an opening between the panels. GM could of made the wiper motor panel to have a bigger opening in that spot to allow better drainage.

I just cleaned mine out today.At first I thought I must have a rusted out spot but I think it's supposed to be open.
