My turn signal won't flash, the light comes on when the switch is flipped but will not flash. Where is the relay located? The passenger side flashes no problem. Also, when I turn on my headlights, the turn signal light in the dash stays on.

Oh yes, This happened along with a burnt out speedo bulb, the DAY BEFORE prom night. But once I took my dash apart the speedo light turned back on, anyways.. Like you said you turn your lights on and the blinker light stays lit, this happened a few times to me, but it stopped after a day or so, but one day it stayed on and wouldn't go off, so I bought a new bulb, and it worked (yay) but once I got UNDER MY CAR and put the damn unit back into its place, it went out, after about 5 times doing that I pulled the plug with the dual wires out (it's the one that has the 2 metal strips) I checked the connections and put it back in, then I pushed the solo black wire that's located next to the dual wires, and it finally worked. it's 2 things, bad ground or bad bulb.

It could be the flasher too, it's in the fuse panel under the drivers side dash.

This happened to me in my Fiero, it turned out I had a bad socket. After close examination I determined that one of the brass contacts was broken in one socket, sure enough...with much hesitation I cut it off, spliced in a new one, and now it works great.
