On tonight's Jeopardy game show, final question was something like in 2004, this car company, a household name for over 100 years, finally closed it's doors in Lansing, Michigan.

WTF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'd bet everything on that one.

EVERYONE in Final Jeopardy got it WRONG!!!!!! One answer was "Town Car" and the other was "Chrysler"

We're doomed as a society I tell ya!!

Is it Saturn? 😉

I told my Wife, just shows how awesome Chrysler was in 2004🤣. Obviously they didn't feel for their Oldsmobile🤷‍♂️

I caught that too. MORONS!!!!!

Was it Ford?

They were a very unpopular make as I understand it. Dangerous too...

The question was wrong.Pontiac didnt come out until the late 20s. So not 100 years. Oakland was GMs original. In the late 20s GM brought out basically a generic brand version of every division but Chevy. Pontiac was the generic version of Oakland. Within 4 years Pontiac outsold Oakland. When the GM experiment ended in the early 30s they dropped Oakland and kept Pontiac.

Doug, you'd have lost your money too.

The wife had the TV on and I was over on my laptop piddling around on HERE. I didn't watch the show. I just heard the guy say Lansing, MI so I got up and peeked at the TV. It was Anderson Cooper standing in asking questions. He's already a Dumba$$.
