ECM question

I a 86 MCSS. The previous owner had a sbc 350 with a 200r4 when I bought it. I replaced the 200r4 with a th350. Can I remove my ECM?

Not enough info to know, is the 350 setup for computer control, is the TH-350 the lockup version? etc.

The CCC is a pretty nice system that runs stuff so you don't have to worry about, why remove it?
