I bought my adjustable uppers and boxed lowers from UMI as well......... I DO burnouts and have zero wheel hop issues!!! 8)
 
The air shocks are not stock and suck as a shock i would remove them.There is a air bag kit that does inside the coil spring those can help the more psi the stiffer the spring becomes.
 
Get rid of those air shocks and rubber bushings. That should take care of 90% of your problem. Then, as already stated, go with an air bag in the rear (mainly right rear) to prevent squatting if that's an issue. Depending on how fast your car is or how hard it leaves, you can use the air bags as a tuning tool also. The best thing for the squatting would be a BIG sway bar or anti-roll bar on the rear. An anti roll bar is not very friendly for daily street driving though.....
