Ok I did the 350 swap but now I think I need to upgrade my radiator and fan. I want to get an electric fan but Im not sure about a sufficient "CFM." My guess is around 1000 but I have no clue. Any suggestions on what fan to get thats less than $120?

You might want to look into a Ford Taurus (single) fan. Ford Aerostar dual fans. Dodge Intrepid dual fan set-up.
F-body Lt-1 or LS-1 dual fans. You could comb the junkyards and find one these set-up's...or if you insist on new, perhaps a Spal, Flex-a-lite, Derale....or a Dorman's replacement . The Dorman's set-up might be a good bang for the buck.
As for CFM, you're going to have to do your homework.

The one's that I have mentioned have been used on G-body cars.
