Works well with 7/8" angle iron and a welder. The intrepid fans fit right in there.

Cool, literally.

The Chrysler/Dodge/300/Intrepid dual fans flow a massive amount of air. This is the second car I've used them in.

I rested the fan housing in the bottom of the core support so there was not a lot of weight being supported by the little eye bolts I used. It is a little loose, but when the fans come on they pull tight against the radiator anyway.

I had the front end of my car completely apart and had the core support out. I mounted the radiator and fans into the core support while it was sitting on my workbench, so it was easy.

Did u make that bottom bracket??

Yup, sure did make it. I fortunately have a welder and plasma cutter. Had it from thought to product in about an hr. Works very well.

It looks really good I have those fans but haven't installed them yet.. what relay set up did u use or where did u get it?

havent gotten that far yet.

Nice bracket i can't wait till i get a welder and plasma for my garage... I also made my support but out of a aluminum sign, it holds the fan tightly against the core support.

I just picked through the junkyard until I found a relay with a FAT positive lead. I think it was from an Isuzu pickup.

I wired both fans' positives together and wired both negatives together. I used HEAVY gauge wire, like 6 or 4. The neg just went to a large ring terminal on vehicle ground (frame rail in my case). The pos went to a relay and then on to the + side of the battery. The relay gets ground, and the switch to my dash. The problem is me remembering to keep an eye on the temp gauge in traffic, the good thing is those fans move a huge quantity of air and drop the engine temp 20 degrees in about one minute.
