Has anybody ever hooked up an electric heater in their gbody so they still have some heat and to prevent fogging of the windows after doing a heater/ac delete panel. Just wondering what my options are because I really hate looking at that clutter under my hood when I go to show off the motor. Also wondering if the heat would still blow through the vents if an electric heater was hooked up or just blow on the passengers feet? Thanks in advance

If you hooked the heater up to the duct work it would blow on the windshield. I thought about getting a Mojave heater because I would only use it at night when(if) the windows fogged up. I dont like the look of a delete panel because it looks cheap so I will probably hook my blower motor up to a switch and rework the duct work so it only blows on the windshield. If those heaters werent so damn expensive I would try one.

Thanks for your input. I'm with you on the panel. I'm probably going to just take my heater panel off and re fabricate it and delete the a/c part and make a little spot to mount a msd ignition box and put it back on that way I still have factory heat. And my heater only blows on the windshield and feet anyways lol I think the vacuum line or whatever regulates heat distribution has been disconnected. I noticed a pretty thick vacuum line under my dash that has been cut and plugged. I'm guessing that was that was for my heater control box.
