I am considering to put in a electric fuel pump, not for any special reason.
But my q is, are there any benefits in relation to the mechanical pump? Ore should i just go for a high volume mechanical pump. It's for a mild tuned olds 350 engine.

Cheers

I recommend going with a mechanical 80 gph fuel pump for a street car...if you're hitting the track probably a 110 GPH..both are under $55 at summit. people i know that go with a electrical pump end up going back to a mechanical one. my homie has a fresh rebuilt olds 350 and just went back to mechanical after issues with the electric one.

Mechanical it is🙂 thanx fore quick reply.
Cheers

my elky came with a holley red top fuel pump and i like it. its nice to know if i wanted to i could have a cutoff switch on the fuel. helps with anti theft and safety imo. and added bonus it doenst take power from the engine you could use to whoop some d-bags 8)
