Electronic Climate Control help

so my regal has the digi dash and the ECC. apparently under the hood there is a modual that controls the heater fan. well mine is shot and wont work. Also sometimes the ECC messes up and the temp setting light blinks.

so can anyone tell me what this part is im needing? Also can anyone tell me why the light on the temp scale blinks? related?
