I found behind my alternator. v0603cnm. tgcs390ts391 somewhere else i cant remember. Anyone know what it means

0MJ=??? I found an MJ code for 1969 427 (400hp) Corvette application.
I also found some 3 digit codes that started with 0 that were marine applications.
So really there was no right answer for your code. Are you sure it's right? Here are some sources:

I dont know if any of these numbers are chevy numbers but there is a web site out there just for chevy block, head, crank casting numbers that covers pretty much any small block and big block. And that site would be MORTEC.COM.
Yes, those are the correct numbers stamped into the pad of the block.
Maybe the 70 is a typo for 07, since that would make more sense...
I guess I'll have to double check my #'s and make sure I didn't get dyslexic when I wrote them down...
Here's what I've got for the #'s off the rear of the block... It's one of these three, though I doubt I'm lucky enough for it to be a correct Z/28 block... :lol:

At least you got the 010 block casting. They have a higher nickel content. More often than not they do have 4-bolt mains.
