Hey guys any help you can give me with this, or if this has been covered before point me in the right direction. I have a Pontiac 455 out of a late 60's car not sure what and want to put it in a 84' Cutlass Supreme. Any tips on motor mounts, headers, etc. Thank you for any help.

Pretty sure Blake did the Olds 455 swap, he is asking about Pontiac.

Yup, I went Olds 455... 8)

The Poncho motor will work, you'll need a set of 301 motor mounts to drop it in.

Headers I'm not sure, I think shotgun would be able to fill in the blanks better than myself.

Questions would still be valid though 😉

Not really. The Pontiac and Olds 455 motors are completely different. The only things they have in common are the bellhousing bolt pattern and the distributor.

PM sent. 😀

I understand you have the motor, but putting in a small block chevy will make you happier unless you spend some bucks on that Poncho mill. The rope rear main seal is a JOKE, the conversion kit is expensive. The heads are terrible, flow, port design, combustion chamber, they make decent boat anchors though.
