Exhaust gasket

I'm trying to figure out how to replace the exhaust gasket from the manifold to the pipes.

do you mean the header gaskets? the ones against the block and the headers?

Its goes between where the manifold & the pipe connect

Sounds like the donut gasket to me. Just unbolt the flange from the manifold and remove the old one, put the new one in and bolt it back together.
