I have a stock 307 vin9 with cast manifolds on both sides. I put the gaskets in and torqued them properly they leak bad. I think it leaks from the manifold to the pipes. Thats what it sounds like i think. Any good ideas how to stop this?

Did you tighten them by hand and how tight?

what do you think about this, looks like the driver side cast manifold needs no gasket from what i see, didnt have one when i took it off, no passanger side steel one does have a gasket, i went to both cast manifolds, should i take my gaskets out, think thats causing my leak?

Are you talking about the cross over pipe? I pretty sure you don't use gaskets, manifolds have them built in. You only need one on the rear outlet on the passenger side manifold.
