Exhaust Manifold

Does anyone know if there was a GM vehicle that came with this style manifold, but for the driver side? Everywhere I look I see one for the passenger side, but none for the driver side.
It doesn't matter if it has the holes or doesn't have the holes where the plugs are in that picture.
