fan clutch question? help

I have a 85 cutlass will a bad fan clutch cause my transmission to be acting up??

most likely not but i suppose if your idling alot and it isnt cooling the radiator enough then your trans could be getting hot. but if these are regular driving conditions and plenty of air is moving thru your radiator, then its not the issue
