FBody Springs

I have seen a few talking about using F-Body Springs for the G-Bodies.

What are the advantages of using the F-Body Springs and what years fit?

Do they lower the car?

That link should explain any questions you might have. I believe they have those charts over on Malibu Racing. Basically, you can use the front springs to lower while stiffening up the handling. You can use the rears, with an isolator, to do the same. The link pretty much explains all you'll need to know.
