Is it possible to order new fender well liners. I would prefer original GM parts. You know the plastic housings that line the fenders to protect them from rust and debris from the tires? I have an '87 Cutlass Supreme and want to get two new front fender liners. Thanks, Michael

Theyre commonly called skirts, which is confusing because fender skirts are another animal. Theyre available from some repro houses.

I seen a few in good shape when i was at the junk yard. I thought they where called "inner fender wells" but i could be wrong 🙂

Just be sure they are off a Cutlass. Monte Carlo parts will not work. The cutlass uses a liner that only covers the engine bay side of the wheel well, while the one in a Monte is full width. You can tell what will work probably by the way they bolt in. The Cutlass uses a mounting flange while the Monte style uses bolts from inside the wheelwell.

Arent the battery trays on different sides depending on what engine/model car it is?

Steve, what repro houses are you referring to? I looked them up on Fusick.com, but they only sell them for 1970 - 1972 models. Know of any websites I can look at for 1981-1988 models? Thanks, Michael

I don't pay that much attention. Check with the guys who frequent this site.

Yes the battery trays do vary with engine, but on my car at least, you can put the battery on either side as they both are molded the same in that area.
