I was just wondering ill be 24 next year and independant finally according to my state. now i wanna take classes next spring and summer but my finan. aid will only cover my fall and winter. will I be able to resubmit my finanical aid in the spring showing that I am now a independant student. this way ill be able to cover the funds needed for those 2 semesters?

I would talk to the financial aid office. If I remember correctly, there is a set date that the FAFSA (Free Application For Student Aid) must be turned in by. If you are 24 by that date, I would think you will have no problems. Try the FAFSA web site to see when it is due, and compare that to the date of your birth to see if they are compatible.
