High speed has never worked on the heater since I have owned my Monte,but where its not winter driven,I've never worried about it.But it stopped working alltogether the other day,so it was time to have a look.I thought that if I could just get it to work on high speed that I would be happy.So I found a power wire in the original harness that worked high speed with the fan swith in the high speed location.Also made a new ground,and cleaned up the wire harness,looks much neater now.Heres a couple of pictures;
