flowmaster knockoffs

ive started to see alot of flowmaster knock offs lately like flowmonster and flow sound. do thay really sound the same and do thay give the same performance?

I bought a pair off of e-bay. They look the same sound the same. I have them on my daily driver and there holding up great in the winter. Don't know about the performance difference though,probably very minimal.I got mine for $69 with shipping.
